Their master bedroom was a blank canvas with boring beige walls, old carpet that retained odors, and zero storage space. Their clothes were piling up, and the room felt more like a storage unit than a relaxing sanctuary. They wanted to create a peaceful, organized retreat that reflected their style as a couple and provided the storage they desperately needed for their growing wardrobe.

We started by ripping out the old carpet and installing beautiful wide-plank oak hardwood flooring in a rich medium tone that added warmth and sophistication. The walls were painted in a calming sage green that Lisa had been dreaming about, with one accent wall behind the bed in a deeper forest green. We built custom floor-to-ceiling wardrobes on either side of the window, providing organized storage for both of their clothes, shoes, and accessories. Each wardrobe included adjustable shelving, hanging rods at different heights, and pull-out drawers. We installed recessed lighting throughout the ceiling with dimmer switches for ambiance control. Two modern wall sconces were added on either side of the bed for reading. A ceiling fan with a sleek design was installed to improve air circulation. We also added crown molding and baseboards to give the room architectural interest and a more finished, upscale appearance.
